Processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days. Because each piece already exists, we are not making anything to order — the wait is packing and postage only.

Shipping

• United States: 2–5 business days, tracked.
• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
• International: available on request — email us before ordering.

Packaging and gift notes

Every piece arrives in a protective pouch inside a giftable box, with a card naming the stone and where it was found. You can add a gift message in your bag at checkout, and we write it on the card by hand. Prices are never included in the package.

Returns

If a piece is not right, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will send return instructions. Items must come back unworn and in their original packaging. Once it arrives we refund the item price to your original payment method; return postage is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged in transit

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. Because a piece is one of one we may not be able to replace it with the same stone, so we will offer a repair, an alternative piece, or a full refund — your choice.

Lost packages

If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
